Our Reputation

Since Prescott Animal Hospital (PAH) was founded in 1942, the practice of veterinary medicine has seen dramatic advances in technology and procedures.  Sixty years later, we're proud to say that the doctors and support staff of PAH remain dedicated to providing advanced veterinary medical care for a wide variety of animals.

Prescott Animal Hospital is accredited by the prestigious American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), an accreditation awarded only after a comprehensive AAHA evaluation of the hospital's facility, medical equipment, practice methods and pet health-care management system.  (Less than 17% of small-animal veterinary facilities in North America achieve AAHA accreditation.)  In addition, PAH is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners.

As a mixed-animal practice (a hospital that treats both small and large animals), our staff meets the daily challenges of treating numerous animal breeds and species.  Keeping up to date on the latest advances in veterinary medicine is vital to meeting those challenges, and continuing education is one of our top priorities.  Members of the PAH staff attend courses, conferences, workshops and seminars on topics that enhance our ability to provide our clients with the highest quality patient care in veterinary medicine today.  In addition, we are dedicated to educating our clients, so that they can provide the best care for their beloved pets.

As we begin our seventh decade, we continue to increase the size of our staff and out scope of services to meet the needs of our clients and their companion animals.  Prescott Animal Hospital appreciates the confidence and loyalty that generations of client families have entrusted to us, and we look forward to providing exceptional veterinary care for generations to come.
